Vegetables

In our garden there is a small artichoke field and a variety of seasonal vegetables: Roman zucchini, Roman lettuce, the cappuccia, cherry tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and zucchini flowers, as well as other products of the summer season; winter squashes, fennels, broccoletti of various types, cabbages, broccoli, cauliflowers, endives, spinach plants, peas and fava beans.
Rich sources of vitamins, minerals, essential oils and enzymes, the seeds of our vegetables are first planted in a seedbed: we wait for them to germinate in a small greenhouse and then we move them outdoor, as soon as the plants start to grow.
